Magloire is also a strong leader. Magloire is active in the field of women's reproductive health issues. She worked with the midwifery community since and was the physician champion for breastfeeding promotion at Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach.
Magloire has given speeches nationally for healthcare disparities in women's health and the need for reproductive justice, and was the keynote speaker for the national meeting of the Medical Students for Choice.
Her proudest accomplishment, however, is her two children, the second of which was delivered VBAC. I was born and raised in Wellington, Florida. I always knew I wanted to be involved in the healthcare system because I love helping others, that's what led me to nursing school at Palm Beach Atlantic University. After being pregnant, giving birth naturally with a Midwife and seeing the impact she made on me, I knew I was meant to be a Midwife too.
I'm so honored and excited to be working at a Birth Center who honors women and the natural psychologic of birth. I'm looking forward to being a part of such a beautiful blessing in everyone's lives and hope to make such an impact as my Midwife once did. I have two beautiful children, another on the way and a very supportive husband. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your family. Jehmia has had a passion for birth work since she was a little girl, knowing from a young age that this would be her calling.
