Our concierge is ready to customize your spa party for an unforgettable experience. For the enjoyment of all guests, please read the following guidelines prior to your appointment at the Spa at Parkside. We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to your service to enjoy our luxurious amenities, including our infrared sauna, steam room and lounge. Each service will start and end according to the time reserved.
To accommodate all our guests as scheduled, late arrivals will receive the balance remaining in treatment time. Please provide a hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment.
The full cost of services will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or no-show appointments. Please let us know if you have a preference for a male or female therapist at the time of reservation. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure and heart ailments are of special interest to ensure your safety. We will customize our services to fit your needs when possible. We are a boutique spa with co-ed lobby, steam room and infrared sauna.
