I do CrossFit and yoga regularly, but I have trouble with chronically tight hamstrings and hip flexors. Sarah did a fantastic job of stretching me out. She listened carefully and adjusted the depth of the stretching accordingly. The stretches were things that I could not have done on my own. They were performed safely and the facility itself was extremely clean.
