Catharine-Joy Clinton is the founder of C-Joy Massage Therapy , where she has been running her own massage practice since A certified massage therapist since , Catharine has continuously expanded her expertise by completing various advanced courses.
In August , Catharine traveled to Asheville, North Carolina, to complete a hour Neuro-lymphatic therapy course. By draining the deep abdominal lymph nodes in the organs thus turning on a vacuum system in the body to pull the stuck proteins in the brain back down into the lymph system to get cleaned out, creating better cerebral spinal fluid flow and reducing inflammation in the brain. Originally from the island of Oahu and raised in San Diego, Catharine moved to Texas, where she raised her family with her husband Heath, whom she married in Together, they have four sons, ages , whose involvement in wrestling enhanced her knowledge in sports massage therapy.
