By actively relaxing the body, rejuvenating the blood circulation and that of the lymphatic system and by eliminating its toxins, massotherapy provides the body with a cleansing of the physical, mental and emotional grounds, contributing therefore to its overall harmony and homeostasis. After having obtained a diploma in fashion design with which I dedicated a part of my life in opening a store to promote Belgian creators exclusively, my desires brought me back to my initial passions.
I began taking courses in massotherapy, energetic healing and care, nutritherapy and in personal development coaching. It is through our bodies that we experience our lives! Healing through the touch and the sensitive came to me as a primordial approach in order to achieve an optimal sensation of well being. My practice takes place in having body, mind and energy all included in a holistic perspective.
