Green-fingered residents can learn more about composting and its benefits for their gardens as part of a free webinar later this month. Composting experts from Garden Organic, the national charity for organic growing, will share useful advice on composting and take questions from residents.
Participants will learn about the benefits of composting for both their gardens and the environment, how the composting process works, how to compost at home, what can go in a home compost bin, and the different types of bins available. Places on the webinar can be booked by emailing waste. Spots are limited to and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation email will be sent with a link to join the session. The free Zoom meeting software is required.
