The women were contacted based on their posts on a website where they used aliases to solicit prostitution, police said.

The charge of promoting prostitution against Powell was dismissed on Aug. Aaliyah Clark, 19, of Shehy, Youngstown, a , lb. When undercover agents were making a deal with Kiana Powell, Powell said she could bring a year-old girl for sex, and that person was actually the year-old Clark.
