Being raised on her family farm in Waverly, Colorado, Dawn learned to do the majority of the cooking for the hungry crew of farmers and ranchers. She took on the role of the household cook early on, and it was there she developed her passion for cooking farm-to-table, especially on a budget.
Culinary was her love and she continued her training by taking courses through Escoffier and The Art Institute of Colorado. Dawn took a leap of faith and opened a food truck in โ specializing in farm-to-table fresh food. In she opened Farm Fusion in the Kitchen. It was here Professional Reps discovered Dawn and partnered with her to become their culinary expert and Corporate Chef as well as Territory Manager for Colorado and Wyoming.
She helps the hospitality industry make essential equipment decisions by offering demonstrations and training. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys camping, fishing, paddle boarding, and the occasional trip to the ocean.
