We offer over 60 fitness classes each week, including yoga. Our members love our yoga classes, but we know we are not the only resource in the Santa Clarita Valley. In this article, we will share where the yoga studios are in the Santa Clarita Valley, what they offer, the pros and cons, and the costs of yoga classes.
Yoga has been around for centuries in India. It became popularized in the West in the s and 70s as a mind-body movement practice.
Yoga, in all its forms, is available in almost every town in the US. Drenched is a fitness center that offers hot yoga, sculpt yoga, and other fitness classes. Their classes are heated and designed to challenge and help you develop lean muscle tone. Pros: Drenched is a great option when you want to work on your mobility and develop strength and endurance.
There are tons of classes available daily. Cons: You will not find traditional yoga classes here. They tend to be fitness-focused and not on rejuvenation and relaxation. Bad fit: Traditionalists will be disappointed.
