Movie patrons are asked to assist management in knowing when disruptions occur. While we do our best to ensure a positive viewing experience, we are not always aware if problems arise in the theatre. We encourage our patrons to alert management of any major disruptions or distractions. Ticket Sales Tickets are available in person only at the theater box office starting one hour before showtime. Ticket sales and movie entry are cut off 15 minutes after the movie begins.
Even when silenced, the light emitted from a cell phone is incredibly distracting to other patrons. An offending patron may be asked to shut off their device or may be asked to leave without a refund. Unaccompanied Minors Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult or responsible party.
Everyone, regardless of their age, is expected to act like an adult, be respectful, put their phone away, and not interrupt or talk during the movies. If someone is unable to manage this they may be asked to leave the theatre, regardless of age. If appropriately aged children are dropped off at the theatre, parents are responsible for knowing movie runtimes in order to pick up their children. If unaccompanied minors are left waiting up to 30 minutes after the end of the movie, managers will request assistance from local police to ensure children are kept safe until parents or guardians arrive.
The Grand is not responsible for unaccompanied minors. Crying or Noisy Children We respectfully request that parents remove crying babies and noisy children from the auditorium and take them to the lobby.
Small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are encouraged to remain in their seats throughout the movie. Disruptive Patrons Patrons who are disruptive in the theater may be either given a warning or be asked to leave without a refund. This includes electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Patrons may step outside for smoking areas, but we ask they stand feet away from the main entrance. Please do not bring any food or drink with you to the theatre.
