I found Chaffey College to be unwaveringly supportive, which made me want to become a better person. The theatre program has prepared me for great opportunities to play leading roles in popular musicals and plays. Chaffey prepared me for the next chapter of my life by instilling in me the value that my story matters, and that the work I put out into the world will matter. I may not have my whole life figured out at this moment, but Chaffey has made me feel secure enough to know that I will be okay — no matter the path I decide to go on.
Chaffey saw me as a person. I was jumping from hotel to hotel and my car for several months, but even though I kept running into brick walls, Chaffey saw that I was trying.
I tell everybody that Chaffey is an amazing school. I reached levels of academic achievement I never thought I could reach with the assistance of counselors and professors.
I can confidently pursue the career I want knowing that Chaffey and the broadcasting program have given me everything I need to succeed.
