Officials determined that the victim and suspect were both employees of the traveling fair. Fultondale Police say that detectives have obtained a fugitive from justice warrant, and Wiley is currently being held pending extradiction.
Police say they believe there could be more victims. An elementary school teacher in Anne Arundel County, Maryland is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing at least eight of his students.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department believes there may be more victims who have not yet come forward. Matthew Scott Banks Schlegel, 44, of Severna Park, was identified as the accused teacher by students and school administration.
After being made aware of the allegations against him, the school system removed him from the school. Vincent Kiejzo pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography in December and was sentenced to 42 months in prison on Wednesday, May 15, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said.
Jefferson City police arrested Michael C. Maute on May 5 for an unrelated domestic assault. Court documents state Maute was seen in the video, masturbating in front of a child.
