You will then need to follow the operator's instructions to verify your identify and then they will proceed to capture your fingerprints. Certifix offers a variety of fingerprinting products and services that can be used for Live Scan submission and fingerprint card processing.
You will have the option to either walk into any of our locations in California with a Request for Live Scan form or to enroll online for faster processing. Once enrolled online, we will provide you with a QR code that you can present to any of our nationwide locations to capture your fingerprints and transmit electronically. You can now use any of our nationwide locations to complete your fingerprint-based FBI background check. You can use any of our nationwide locations to get your fingerprints scanned and printed onto an FD card, which can be used with a variety of state and federal agencies. Once enrolled online, you will then be given a QR code that you can take into any of our nationwide locations for the fingerprinting process. All fingerprint cards are mailed via USPS and you will have the option to request multiple copies.
Our mobile Live Scan service is now available throughout California for individuals and groups, we can come to your location a time and a day that is convenient for you. Simply fill out the online request form with your ORI number, application type, estimated number of applicants along with the event address and we will provide you with a real-time quote. Our print-to-card system can be used to scan fingerprints and print onto various fingerprint card types.
