With the culture and leisure ticket, we would like to invite all Frankfurt families to discover the wide range of cultural, leisure and educational activities on offer in our city.
But Frankfurt has much more to offer, which is why we have put together a list of other free and inexpensive cultural and leisure activities for children, young people and the whole family.
SaTourday is always on the last Saturday of the month. On this day, admission to these museums is free for everyone:. Only adults pay admission to the Museum of Communication on SaTourday. On SaTourday, workshops are also offered in many museums. At the Museum Giersch of Goethe University, only adults who are not participating in the workshop program with children pay admission on SaTourday.
You can view the current program here. Admission to all municipal museums is always free of charge for children and young people, many students at Frankfurt universities and trainees. Refugees can visit these museums at any time for 1 euro on presentation of a residence permit. The whole family can get discounted admission to many museums, theaters, the Palmengarten and Hessenpark.
If you receive basic income support, you can apply for the Culture Pass and take part in many offers for 1 euro. Children even pay just 0.
