Helen Rabatin, 73, of Smock, Pa. She was born May 4, , in Smock, Pa. Rackoff's death will be mourned by a wide circle of friends. She was the wife of Max Rackoff, who survives in addition to three children, Herbert, Raymond and Frances Rackoff, at home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday in Pittsburgh. Death was attributed to pneumonia with which he had been suffering only two days. He was at his regular work Monday of this week at Filbert.
Mary Racosky, aged 54, died Saturday afternoon, September 25, , at the family home in Fairbanks. Surviving are a son, Rudolph, and two daughters, Mrs. Clara Barbush, at home, and Mrs. Mary Barrick, of Filbert. Funeral services will be held in the home at Tuesday morning, with additional rites in St. Thomas church, at Footedale with Rev. Leo Buza as celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery. He had been ill for two days and his death was attributed to a complication of diseases.
