As an Assistant Tutor, you will work closely with lead Tutors to provide high-quality classroom support to our learners. These learners come from various backgrounds and have diverse needs, ranging from those who have experienced the care system to individuals with low-level additional needs supported through an Education and Health Care Plan.
Your role will be essential in helping these learners develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their learning programmes. There are opportunities for professional development and growth within our graded career development structure.
