NAMPA, Idaho β A seven-month multi-agency law enforcement investigation has led to the arrests of seven people on various prostitution and procurement charges. Lynn X. Dicke, 57, was arrested for felony harboring prostitutes, felony procurement, and two misdemeanor counts of prostitution. Asian Massage at 12th Ave. Yulian He, 56, was arrested on two misdemeanor counts of prostitution. Swan Massage at 11th Ave. Juan Zhao, 56, was arrested for one misdemeanor count of prostitution. Golden Massage at 3rd St.
Mei Ting, 50, was arrested on one misdemeanor count of prostitution. The investigation is continuing and there could be further charges, he added.
Three others were arrested in Caldwell. Dongmei Yin, 32, was arrested for harboring a prostitute, procurement of prostitution and accepting the earnings of a prostitute; Jing Yun Shang, 56, and Meihua Dill, 49, were each arrested on one misdemeanor count if prostitution. Yin and Shang were arrested at a business in the block of Blaine Street; Dill was arrested at a business in the block of Cleveland Blvd.
