Service is offered based on availability at the time service is needed between the hours of am β pm daily. Inquiries may be made in person at the Discovery Center in the lobby at Cloister.
Gratuities are not expected or required, as we are a gratuity-inclusive resort. It is our mission to provide you with exceptional service and unparalleled amenities during your stay. Children 16 years or older may use the fitness clubs unaccompanied.
Children ages must be accompanied by an adult. Children ages may enjoy a spa treatment when accompanied by an adult 18 years and older. Access is limited to treatment room, Great Hall and locker room. The Boca Raton is only open to Club members and resort guests, and is not open to the general public.
