With open access to our recovery room from 5am-9pm, you don't need an appointment to maximize your recovery. We offer every major recovery modality. We're constantly adding more equipment to give our member the best value possible. From cold plunge to near infrared sauna we have something to help you on your recovery journey. Our recovery room is "open access" meaning you can come in anytime and use our equipment. Your workout and life schedule do not need another barrier to get your recovery in.
The only recovery modalities that need appointments are massage therapy, dry needling, and laser therapy! We have over 40 different options and are constantly building custom memberships that fit your budget and lifestyle. You want 1 massage, 3 dry needlings, and 2 lasers? We can do that! Do you want to split 3 massages a month with your two training parters? We can do that too! Having so much specialized equipment comes with one main drawback, learning how to use it!
We'll spend as much time as you need so you can take advantage of our open access policy. Wih access from 5am - 9pm days a year for members, it;s nearly impossible that we're not open when it works for you. Massages, dry needling and laser need to be scheduled in advance. If your login isn't working for some reason, just give us a call. Most of the time, laser can be done without too much of a wait if you walk in, but it's still better to schedule in advance. If you feel an injury creeping up, don't hesitate! Reach out and talk to us. If we don't have an answer for you we'll get you in with one of our physical therapists for an in depth assessment.
All recovery room memberships have unlimited access. Yes, unlimited! Yes, you can come every day! We have 8 massage therapists and 2 physical therapists ready to help you feel better fast! Always done by a physical therapist, dry needling is a great, minimally invasive way to recover from injuries, decrease pain and improve mobility.
