I showed her a specific spot that I hoped she would help out with, and she proceeded to spend entirely too much time on the wrong side.
I thought she was just concentrating on both shoulders and my back, but that was not the case. I was also disappointed that no one offered me a robe or locker, so I had to carry my tote and keep everything in the rooms with me. There was no dollar amount on the gift card, just the package name. I will go back, but I will ask for a different masseuse, and I will make sure in the future to ask if I will have to pay extra for a package as well as make sure to tell anyone I give a gift card to that they should use it as soon as possible.
