When you visit the Up And Running Clinic a physical assessment will be undertaken to identify a clinical diagnosis of your problem.
From this your physiotherapist will work with you to plan an appropriate personalised treatment regime. This will maximise the speed and effectiveness of recovery and avoid a recurrence of the injury. Physiotherapists use treatment modalities including joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, electrotherapy modalities - manipulation and exercise therapy to restore movement and treat pain. After the treatment my neck was so much better.
