Relax into the space with refreshments and a short breathwork exercise to calm your nervous system before the session begins. Your therapist will review your completed health questionnaire with you before beginning your session to understand your general health and fitness. Any current health conditions, which may be affected by the treatment, will also be reviewed. We will discuss any area of concern that you wish to focus on during the session to ensure you get the best out of your chosen treatment.
The initial consultation will last for approx. Follow-up sessions will be excluded from the treatment time. You are welcome to discuss any other concerns during the session to get personalised treatment out of your session. Post-session advice will be included such as stretch exercises.
