Two employees at two different spas in Cary were charged after they allegedly offered sex acts to undercover agents in exchange for money, authorities said. During the operation, undercover law enforcement officers received standard massage services at the locations. Naydenoff said the officers were also offered sexual acts in exchange for money at two of the locations — Anytime Spa at Northwest Highway and Aroma 8 Spa at 46 Crystal Street.
After the operation on March 4, investigators obtained search warrants for Anytime Spa and Aroma 8 Spa. The second phase of the operation was conducted on March 23 involving only the two establishments at which undercover law enforcement officers were solicited during the March 4 operation, Naydenoff said. Investigators served the search warrants at both locations and detained the individuals found at each location. Officers were able to positively identify the employee at Anytime Spa who offered to perform a sex act in exchange for money during the March 4 operation, Naydenoff said.
Court records show the woman, identified as Otgontuul Davaa, 48, of Des Plaines, was charged with solicitation of a sexual act, a Class A misdemeanor. She is still currently wanted.
One of them, identified as Jishuan Li, 54, of Flushing, New York, was charged with solicitation of a sexual act, a Class A misdemeanor. Police said they notified the Village of Cary Code Enforcement Section of the violations since the village municipal code prohibits these types of activities at licensed massage establishments.
