Rating 4. Very clean, professional location. Lilian is the reason I come back though, she is consistent. Always a great experience. Rating 2. The massage was fine. But I paid extra for deep pressure and she did not apply deep pressure and did not ask me during the massage if I want it more pressure or less pressure. Also the oil that is used to give a massage smells like bad olive oil at best. I also paid for a one hour massage and they ended up giving me a one hour and a half massage that I ended up having to pay for even though I had requested a 60 minute massage.
Because I did not want to argue I just paid it and left. Sam was excellent as always. Rating 1. I appreciate the services at Massage Envy, but the constant push for memberships at the front desk is quite frustrating.
