At Arras Healing, I'm in the process of transitioning my business, to online appointments, and also to moving back into the groups and workshops space both online and in-person.

As an experienced facilitator and practitioner, I provide a range of somatic and breathwork support online and in-person. I can also offer holistic and independent consulting in trauma-informed education and approaches, as part of my service to a world where trauma is seen, validated, and supported to safely heal.
Wendell Berry. At Arras Healing, I am in service to realising a world and a planet without trauma. This is at the heart of everything I do and how I carry myself in the world. Working one-to-one with clients who are on their journeys to healing and resolving trauma, my holistic and specialised approach includes a mixture of somatic coaching and inquiry work, trauma and mental health education, transformational breathwork, and functional health breathwork.
I also work with groups and facilitation of community circles. I am experienced in working with clients who are going through these types of distress and I have lived experience of my own to bring to the table. I work with upmost integrity and authenticity in all that I do, and I take great care in being a safe, attuned presence and a trust-worthy human being. My support to healing trauma in organisations, systems and people is unique.
I draw on a wealth of professional and personal knowledge and experience. It's my belief that we always outgrow each teacher, coach or therapist on our path, but I might be the right person for you to work with at this moment in time.
