ALL Rating 3. TripAdvisor Rating 3. We enjoyed our stay here. During our stay the fire alarm went off. Everybody evacuated the building but there was no obvious indicated gathering place and things were a little confused. It took staff a couple of minutes to rectify this. We always enjoy this. We had dinner in the hotel. This was in buffet form. I think because of the hockey players. The food was good and the staff very friendly.
Breakfast was also good. The friendliness and support of your staff was outstanding, thank youbto all of them reception, dining room, cleaning. The hotel itself needs some renovations, but I know this is probably on the way already by now. Looking forward to a hotel in a new shine. Everything was good. Room cleaned daily. Hotel in need of renovation but can see that is going to happen.
Only complaint I had was too many people in dining room at breakfast time. I was alone and not one spare seat! Good location, room, and food, friendly staff. Angelika H.
