Our downtown location provides easy access for both locals and visitors. We offer a comprehensive range of services, from cutting-edge haircuts, color, and styling to luxurious facials, massages, and nail care, all designed to elevate your self-care routine. At Neroli Downtown, there are several convenient parking options. For added convenience, we offer 2-hour parking validation for the Third Ward parking structure, located just a block and a half south of our building on Milwaukee Street.
We recommend allowing extra time to find parking when visiting Neroli Downtown. For salon guests, we suggest arriving at least 5 minutes early to check in, select your nail color if applicable, enjoy a warm or cool aromatic towel, and take a moment to relax before your appointment. For spa guests, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to change into our luxurious Neroli robe and slippers, and unwind in the relaxation room with a cup of Aveda Comfort Tea or infused water, while enjoying a warm, invigorating foot bath before your treatment.

Neroli does offer self-check-in through our Neroli app, that allows you to check yourself in for your appointment to bypass the front desk and head straight to your designated area. Yes, the Downtown location does have a specific couples massage room. Neroli provides separate changing suites for women and men, each designed for your comfort. The female suite features lockers, a private changing area, steam shower, and restrooms, while the male suite offers lockers, a steam shower, and a restroom for convenience.
Both suites have hair, skin, and body products for your convenience as well. Wi-Fi is available at Neroli Downtown, and we offer a community table if you need a space to work. Please keep in mind that this is a shared area, so if you need to take extended work or personal calls, we kindly ask that you step outside to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
Guests will receive a special birthday coupon via email during their birthday month. To redeem the coupon, simply present the email during check-in or checkout.
