Over 60 parents and carers attended Local Offer Live on Wednesday 7 December at Central Library to learn more about the support on offer for families in Portsmouth. A series of talks looked at progression through primary to secondary education and an introduction to the neurodiversity team at Portsmouth City Council.
Feedback from the SEND survey showed how much you value face to face contact and the importance of understanding what services are available to your family.
While the Portsmouth Local Offer website does a great job in promoting these, our Local Offer Live event brings services together under one roof. We would like to thank everyone who attended Local Offer Live and made it the big success that it was. We will be promoting services that support young people aged 16 — 25 years old.

Connors Toy Library We provide toys and resources for families with children with additional needs to use within their own homes to support learning and development. Our outreach provision support families with children aged birth to age 4 wishing to attend a Toy Library session to meet other families, make friends and become part of their local community.
