With a decade of experience, Kirsten Martin is a licensed massage therapist renowned for her expertise in deep tissue massage. She honed her skills at the National Holistic Institute in California and is also a certified yoga instructor, bringing a holistic approach to her practice. Kirsten specializes in addressing the root causes of pain, drawing on her extensive experience with crossfitters, NFL players, and musicians.
She currently serves as the massage therapist for a prominent music venue in Madison, where she combines her love for music with her therapeutic skills. In addition to working with athletes and performers, Kirsten is passionate about helping individuals with desk jobs alleviate the discomfort and strain associated with prolonged sitting.
