They checked in me in the system and i was anle to have a room in 15minutes. They reinstated my original booking. Only invalidating the day i didnt arrive.
With regards to the room, there is an unusual smell inside. Smells like decaying flesh. Im not sure if it is in the AC or somewhere else like bed corners, sheets, comforter, or probably ceiling. Keep coming back to this hotel and booked our favorite Suite. Always superb services from all the employees. Nice big and comfy room. Food is great, walking distance to mall.
Go Hotel -Ermita is legit value for money. Philippine Rabbit Terminal Avenida to the hotel costs Php more or less via Grab; 10 Customer care is of high quality. Staff so polite especially its housekeeping team. Very fast check in. We arrived in the early hours and were allocated a very basic double room. It was clean but small with an awful view from the window.
Good value even with the upgrade charges for a city hotel. The hotel was surprisingly clean, but the only amenities provided were bath towels and soap. There was no mobile Globe signal in the room, and I couldn't make calls or use data, and the wifi was weak, so I checked out early. It was cheap and in a good location, but I probably won't stay there again. Had a great time staying here, the owner was kind and approachable.
