In , Santamaria was convicted of attempt to commit Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact after an incident in Travis County involving an year-old boy.
He is considered a high-risk sex offender wanted for probation violation and failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. Santamaria is five feet six inches tall and weighs approximately pounds.
