Adult Gymnastics is a structured session for adults anyone over the age of 18 who want to return to Gymnastics or who just want to come along for a fun session. The Freestyle session on a Tuesday incorporates some parkour style gymnastics.
Please note that this session is not suitable for beginners. We cater for all levels and abilities so it is fine to be a complete beginner Wednesday class only. Our qualified coaches will be on hand to guide and teach you the moves and routines. You are welcome to join in with the structured session or work through your own progressions. The coaches can break the gymnastics skills down into progressions so each skill can be taught from a basic level all the way through to an advanced level.
