She then established her own clinic at the Beechdown Club in Hampshire. In , Fiona started her current clinic, North Norfolk Physio which has grown from strength to strength. Fiona specialises in musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries, treating everyday folk and professional sports people alike.
Fiona is an APPI Pilates instructor and runs regular clinical pilates classes for groups and one to one. She has also worked with Essex hockey at their Eastern Counties tournaments as team physiotherapist and as physiotherapist at the schools national hockey finals.
Fiona has worked as a Physiotherapist for the county junior golf squads, has worked with the County Ladies Squads and the County Boys academy squads. Fiona works with many individual golfers as their physiotherapist improving musculoskeletal fitness to aid their golf swing.
Fiona is qualified as a Titleist Performance Institute certified instructor. He gained experience in musculoskeletal clinics along side gym based rehabilitation and community assessments whilst at university. After graduating he worked in a private physiotherapy clinic assessing and treating people with musculoskeletal injuries. Peter is particularly interested in sports injuries, injury prevention, rehabilitation and movement biomechanics.
Peter gained his level 3 Extended Diploma in sports massage. Peter worked in a private healthcare clinic as a sports massage and rehab therapist gaining experience before qualifying as a physiotherapist.
