Vanya really knows her stuff and provides excellent sports massage, which really works to help reduce and eliminate muscle problems. She takes time to listen and to analyse muscle problems so that she can target where I need the treatment, most. She also gives appropriate advice on how I can avoid injuries in future. As a lorry driver and swimmer I need regular maintenance to sort out my problems. I usually come out after a massage feeling 2 inches taller.
