For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment in order to complete your health assessment form and take time to relax in the tranquil surroundings of our spa before your treatment.
We recommend using the infrared sauna and steam, prior to any treatment. This will stimulate your blood and lymphatic systems and enhance the benefits of your spa treatment. Our Spa reception will help you plan the perfect Spa experience. Unique Spa combinations are specially designed to offer you a selection of our most popular treatments.
If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please leave such items in the safe in your hotel room. There are lockers available for your personal items in the Spa facility. Wear whatever is comfortable to you. All of our therapists are trained to drape towels discreetly over any areas of the body not involved with the treatment and protect your privacy at all times. Disposable undergarments are also available at the Spa.
We love children; however, we recommend that you avoid bringing children younger than 16 years old to the spa. Young guests, 16 β 18 years old are welcome to enjoy a selection of treatments under the supervision of a guardian. Arriving late will simply limit time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
