Every time, I go on the app it shows everyone that I am online. There is no option to shut this off. So if I go online to talk with someone I get a lot of messages. I try to reply to everyone who messages me out of respect for that person. Anytime you go on to change anything like hide your profile because you have found someone you like it it shows your online.
When you accidentally leave the app open it shows your online. If you politely decline unsolicited messages even after hiding your profile it shows your online. And I still get unsolicited messages even after I hide my account. You have to log in with a computer and find the hidden button in the help index.
