Well, I for one can see how Di could have been a target. She was very deeply inside one of the arms of the octopus, which is of course why you used that term in the title to this post. Could it be that she was about to expose the royal family's dirty big secrets? Did she have the straight dope on Chucky and Liz? The fact that after the divorce she was considerably more famous to the "people" than her former family I'm sure scared the ever-loving-inbred shit out of that bloody lot.
Let's imagine that she lived, and told a tell-all to the British and world public about the high weirdness that goes on in Buckingham Palace. The masses would of course believe her over Chuck and Liz People love a scandal when it involves nastiness, and the one she was going to tell had plenty of it. Of course she was murdered. It's just very curious to me that these revelations have surface in the first place.
Why would the PTB stir this up, after it has had so long to settle? Is there a mole in the system, doling out real info us, or is this just more disinfo designed to keep us all confused? Let us not forget that she was the figurehead for the anti-landmine campaign. A lot of people wanted her dead and out of the way because of this. Just to throw the cat amongst the pidgeons as it were, maybe Di was killed because she planned to tell the world that Prince Harry was really James Hewitts' son? Take a look at him. What about me?
