I'm simply amazed how they are able to produce up to million gallons of clean water every day in a physical plant that's lasted well beyond anyone's wildest expectations. Staff completed a business case evaluation BCE completed in and it identified the most favorable scenario would be to build a new plant within the next five years.
Having clean, affordable water is essential for the long-term life of our community. This one infrastructure project dwarfs any other project this city has ever completed.
