You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in: pleasant ambience with indirect lighting, small space with privacy. You are immediately warmly welcomed and offered something to drink. The employees are super friendly and exude a great sense of calm, which immediately takes away any uncertainty. You then have a moment, don't feel rushed and are then allowed to enter the massage room. There you get everything explained again and a moment for yourself. The massage itself is the next highlight; individual wishes are taken into account.
If you don't know exactly where you are actually tense, it will be "feeled" without further discussion being necessary - the therapists really seem to have a knack for this. The room ambience, the temperature, everything makes you feel very safe and comfortable throughout the entire massage.
I came in tense, but I came out a new person. The saying is somewhat trite when it comes to massages, but I have rarely come out of a massage feeling so clapped and relaxed. Thank you for the great experience and everything about it!
Rating 5. I have been a customer for over a year previously in other new soul studios in Berlin. The massages are always very good, regardless of who is doing them. The atmosphere in the studio is pleasant and the staff is always friendly. Booking is very quick and easy. If you want to reschedule the appointment, communication is uncomplicated. If you want to use the offer regularly, I can also recommend membership, as you save something and are not exposed to price fluctuations.
