As the best free walking tours in Krakow — we wanted to work on an Ultimate Guide to Krakow that our tourists could use to plan their trips before they meet us, and of course find something fun to do after they leave us!

Once we have compiled more things- we will start to organize lists of things to do; but for now, this list is in no particular order , and we hope it will give you some inspiration for planning your trip!

Keep in mind this museum is hardly about Schindler himself, or his factory, but rather about the whole city of Krakow. This is a common misconception for tourists. And yes, it really does breathe fire.
Often called the Bugler of Krakow as well- there are seven different men who can lay claim to this famous role at any given time, they work in pairs, spending hours up in the tower waiting for the bells to ring, and cue them for their hourly performance. My personal favorite place to watch and wave from is Plac Mariacki, standing just in front of the office for St. While children may find something to entertain themselves here, it seems the space is more geared towards adults- providing a space within the city that feels a bit like a garden escape.
There are trees that once mature, may even provide a snack, as part of the program Edible Krakow. Even the ponds and flowing fountain have greenery growing from them, in what will surely be a large water garden as it grows. We hope this will inspire you to learn more about this famous writer who happened to win a Nobel Prize in Literature for her talent.
