We support our residents with a wide range of care options, ranging from assisted living support with basic day-to-day activities, as well as more substantial around-the-clock nursing care.
We also provide expert-quality dementia care, with each resident receiving services entirely tailored to their needs.
At Avery, we take a unique approach to our residents living with dementia, our innovative ReConnect strategy allows us to get to know each person in-depth, individually. This allows us to create tailored care plans that are focused on the individual, as well as enabling us to provide better support for their families too.
The facilities at our Brentwood home are something we are incredibly proud of. Our apartments are equipped with the facilities our residents need to feel safe and comfortable, including en-suite wet rooms and safety features, such as alarms and call buttons.
