We process and mail prescription refills within one to two business days of your request. If your prescription is out of refills, we will contact your doctor for a refill authorization and mail it as soon as possible.
Call or visit us online to request your refill. We can mail controlled substances to the states where we are licensed. Controlled substances require an adult signature with valid ID when they are delivered, so you will need to be home and sign for the packages. Update your mailing address or credit card information when you request refills on MyChart.
