Finding people with the same interest of serving others, and not weirded out by what I wanted to be. I met a new support system of people at PIMS, and together we accomplished so much with all of our effort and determination.
I met many great faculty members I can now call my friends. I am so happy I picked this path. I had no idea what I was going to do in high school and luckily I followed my heart, which was funeral directing. I can not be grateful enough for all of my peers and teachers I met. I believe PIMS has given me a good foundation for my second career. You all have really made it possible for me to get my license to be a mortician.
I can say that I was overwhelmed in the beginning it was so much information for one week. I had to get my time management in order. Once I got that under control I started taking my time and moving from one week to the other.
