WPBF β A former restaurant manager in Florida is facing charges after police said she threw hot grease on customers during a dispute. Police said the video from Jan. Behind Irene is another employee who is seen trying to get her attention. Irene holds her hand to her ear while she moves closer and closer to the window.
Another customer then steps in as an employee starts pulling Irene back to keep the situation from escalating. Irene leaves the scene and returns with a metal container, which is when police said she threw hot grease at the customers. Police said she did hit the customers, one of them a minor, in the legs, leaving them with burns on their skin.
