As there is no regular staff hours they give you a key and the codes to get into the building. Would recommend staying here if you have a short stay in Milan. Check Availability. We stayed at the Suite Milano Duomo for our wedding anniversary and are so pleased we chose here. The room was stunning, decorated beautifully and was clean and tidy and secure. The bathroom was gorgeous and there was plenty of storage in the apartment. The location is amazing for getting around Milan, just a couple of minutes away from the Duomo and nearby M stations.
Paulo was especially helpful with any queries and arranging transport back to the airport. Would certainly stay here again if we return to Milan. Although I didn't contact the landlord because of the phone and email, I waited for a while, but the agent actively followed up and moved in smoothly.
It would be more perfect if disposable slippers and corridor monitoring were added. The boss is very nice. Because he didn't pay attention to the mailbox, he waited for us to check in downstairs.
The service was very good and the room was clean and hygienic. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the cathedral, and there are Chinese restaurants and coffee shops meters downstairs. TOP: Central location, hotel in the century house, generous access, staircase in the legendary outfit, newly adapted reception and room access, functional room with bathroom, breakfast possibility in the surrounding bars, good transfer device. FLOP: nothing!
