As of January 2nd, , any appointments pre-booked at the front desk or online will receive points. Just as was the case in the past, you will not receive the points until you have checked out from the service that was pre-booked for use on future services. If you move a pre-booked appointment, you will still receive points after you have checked out from the pre-booked service.
Your pre-booking points will not appear until subsequent visits. If you have any questions, please reach out to our reservationists for clarification. Also, as always any points you have accrued in will expire at the end of February You have two months to come in and use your points.

Day Pass Holders will need to show a photo ID at check-in to gain access to our amenities. If you decide to book a service during your visit, the value of your day pass will be applied to the cost of your service, but service must be performed on day that you purchased the Day Pass.
