His years of experience include working in conjunction with Physicians, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors, as well as providing massage therapy in rehabilitation programs at hospitals, and working with professional athletes.
Stephanie Ann Pappas has 30 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist. She enjoys integrating various techniques, and getting to know her clients well to offer unique and individualized sessions.
Stephanie has also taught yoga classes, teacher trainings, and workshops for 30 years and has certified over yoga teachers.
Stephanie has written and published 12 books on yoga, including a book on assisted stretching. Christopher was interested in sports therapy wellness and expanded his education in muscular repatterning. He went on to gain expertise in understanding the Swedish circulatory system as well as the lymphatic system and work in deep tissue therapy.
