This covers the four different types of communication: corporate and PR, marketing, internal and recruitment. Marketing and Communication uses cross-platform tools to enhance our profile, such as advertising, PR, movies, trade exhibitions and events. It also uses various online communication tools, including social media. The department is responsible for resource management and overseeing all aspects of employment. It also connects existing β and potential β employees through its policies on benefits and compensation, and labour market branding and recruitment.
HR also facilitates training and development, through industry-leading courses in the Vanderlande Academy, and personal progression in the talent development programs. It has a positive influence on individual performance levels, identifying talented personnel and succession planning.
Finance and Control Business support and control are important drivers for the overall success of Vanderlande. One of its core challenges is to act as a business partner by delivering reliable management information, and providing advice and constructive feedback.
Finance and Control also ensures that administrative processes are effective, efficient and properly executed to safeguard the reliability of information, which is predictable and mitigates potential risk.
