Unlike most adults, their play and behaviour is their language. We build a map together to understand what has happened and how they would like to move forward into the future. I strive to create a safe and affirming environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, work together to set and achieve their therapeutic goals, and work with children, teenagers, and adults. I understand that accessing counselling can be daunting and I try to make the process as easy as possible.
