So i imagine that the Turbo blocks would be a better option? Correct me if im wrong. Makes no difference if you're throwing the part away, other than needing to drill the oil drain to suit in the block- which is not a big deal. Na blocks are less likely to need over boring basically.

I've never seen wear on any redblocks, Volvo and Saab used top of the line and put high nickel content in their cast iron, which is why you still see the cross hatching hone marks on bores that have , on them The same goes for the rings and bearings, OEM ones, they just don't wear out.
